How to prepare for A2 doubles maths.
1. Expect to work hard on interesting mathematics, doing 9 hours learning new topics and 9 hours of assignments (part of this will be a paper from year one P1, P2, S&M).
2. Time management: where are you going to study, when are you going to study, leave your phone out of reach, let other members of the household know not to disturb you, exercise in between sessions. eat well sleep plenty, stay motivated! Ask for help when you need it.
3. Resources: learner pack with videos, examsolutions and other websites, online text books, past papers and weekly assignments (on the BHASVLE), .
3. Expect to work differently with a different teacher with different systems, be flexible, set up a routine.
4. Study buddies may have to change but linking up with someone is good practice.
5. Last, but not least, enjoy it! Further Maths includes really great mathematics: )
